Purpose & Scope

This policy defines the framework for the CSEdge Nexus affiliate and referral network. It is designed to incentivize partners—including individuals, agencies, and consultants—to facilitate growth through qualified lead generation for our software development, cloud, and AI services. To standardize the referral process and provide transparency in payouts, this policy applies to all external partners identifying opportunities for specialized digital transformation services.

Eligibility Criteria

Rewards are payable only for referrals that satisfy the following cumulative criteria:

New Acquisition

The referred client must have no prior record of engagement or active conversation with CSEdge Nexus.

Verified Introduction

The Partner must formally introduce the client via the designated portal or email before any independent contact occurs.

Contract Execution

The client must sign a formal service agreement with CSEdge Nexus.

Initial Realization

The client must complete the first milestone payment. Rewards are only disbursed following successful receipt of funds.

Revenue Share Structure

The following schedule dictates the payout payable based on the initial project contract value (Net of taxes and pass-through costs):

Payment & Processing

  • TimelinePayouts are processed within 7 working days after the client's payment is cleared and verified.
  • ScopeUnless otherwise specified in a "Strategic Partnership Agreement," payouts are applicable only to the first project executed with the referred client.
  • ExclusionsRepeat projects, maintenance retainers, and cloud hosting renewals are generally excluded from standard referral payouts.

Strategic Partner Status

Partners demonstrating a consistent volume of high-value enterprise referrals may be eligible for Strategic Partner status, which includes the following benefits:

Enhanced Revenue Share

Potential for recurring revenue-sharing models on long-term contracts.

Joint Marketing

Participation in co-branded case studies and go-to-market initiatives.

Direct Support

Dedicated partner success manager and access to pre-built sales accelerators.

General Conditions

  • Referral Priority: In the event of duplicate referrals, the reward is attributed to the partner with the earliest verified timestamp in the NPN portal.
  • Right of Refusal: CSEdge Nexus reserves the right to reject referrals that do not align with our core service verticals or compliance standards.
  • Modifications: This policy may be updated periodically. Partners will be notified of significant changes to the payout tiers.
  • Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration.

7. Confidentiality & Compliance

Partners must maintain strict confidentiality regarding CSEdge Nexus intellectual property, pricing, and internal processes. Furthermore, partners agree to comply with all applicable anti-bribery and professional conduct standards throughout the engagement.

8. Termination

CSEdge Nexus reserves the right to terminate any partner's participation in the NPN for cause, including but not limited to, breach of confidentiality, misrepresentation of services, or unethical business practices. Upon termination, all pending non-validated payouts are forfeited.
